Tucked into the heart of Central Lonsdale, the Knowles Residence stands as a rare and beautiful reminder of North Vancouver’s early residential history. Originally constructed in the early 20th century, this stately heritage home has been thoughtfully restored and reimagined into two elegant half-duplex residences—preserving the craftsmanship and charm of its era while introducing the comforts and efficiencies of modern design.
